Apply or Continue a Scholarship Application
OPEN December 1 through March 1.
Four County Community Foundation has scholarships for high school seniors and current college students. The application form will determine your eligibility through a series of questions.
Contact our office if you have questions about the scholarship application or your eligibility to complete a specific application.
When creating an account, you must use a permanent email address that you plan to check throughout the summer after graduation. Communications from Four County Community Foundation will be sent to your email address. Do not miss important reminders and updates.
PLEASE NOTE!!! Four County Community Foundation has implemented a new online scholarship application portal through Foundant. As a result all applicants, including returning applicants, will be required to create a new account.
Applicants will be asked to upload their most recent transcript, preferably one that shows grades from the Fall 2025 semester. It must include your name, school name, and cumulative GPA. It does not have to be an official transcript, but it must be issued by your school. If your Fall 2025 transcript is not available, please wait to submit your application or contact Maria at mbrown@4ccf.org to make arrangements to upload a more recent version when available.
Need to make changes to your application? Contact Maria at mbrown@4ccf.org to request that your submission be reverted to draft status.
