After local college students logged eight weeks in the program this summer working for businesses and municipalities in their hometowns and surrounding communities, they provided feedback on Return to Earn. Recently the Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF) shared the results of that evaluation on their website, michiganfoundations.org, with the intent to help other non-profits looking to launch similar talent retention initiatives.
