In an effort to identify the emerging needs of our region, Four County Community Foundation will be conducting a Community Needs Assessment Survey beginning in May. The results of the survey will be used to customize the Foundation’s outreach to the individual communities located within our service area. Specifically, the survey data will be used to direct thousands of dollars to where they are needed the most.
It is vital that we hear from you! Please complete the survey and encourage your neighbors to do the same. By participating in the survey, you will improve the quality of life in your community by communicating how our grant dollars should be spent.
The online survey will be available on our website and Facebook page. Adults who live and/or work in the following areas may participate:
Lapeer County – Almont, Attica, Dryden, Imlay City, and Metamora Townships
Macomb County – Armada, Bruce, Ray, Richmond, and Washington Townships
Oakland County – Addison, Oakland, and Oxford Townships
St. Clair County – Berlin, Emmett, Mussey, and Riley Townships
